Throw Aways

These steins was manufactured by McCoy in 1950's for Anheuser-Busch. They picture the A&Eagle logo on the front and the words "Budweiser King of Beers" on the back. These mugs were given away at the Anheuser-Busch brewery tours during the 1950's and were used for the "free samples" at the end of the tour. The tourist was then free to take it home as a souvenir. There are 4 known colors - gray, green, purple and red. They also come in quite a few sizes, 5", 5½", 6" and 6½" to name a few.
